mine has been busy, I have though throughout the
month managed to scrap here and there. You can

for my husband who will be having his back surgery

How has everyone been? Hopefully good, been busy
here. I wanted to drop a line to anyone who still reads
this. Rusty will be having his back surgery July 19, and
will be down the doctor says for 7-10 days, which we
think is great. So please continue with prayers for his
surgery. I did scrap a couple of new pages, and I am
hoping to do some more here soon, so till next time.......

Camping Time

We have had the reservations for about a couple of months, now
it is finally here, and I can't wait. Hopefully I don't get to worn
down with everything I still have left to do...................LOL, I do
it everytime, run myself crazy that is.

Tomorrow is also the last day of school for the kids, that means
I will be ready for them to go back in a week. Well hopefully alittle
longer than that. I did scrap last week I will post them later. Looks
like good weather for the weekend.....woooooohooooooooo

Between Rusty working and me running this week and ball games
we found time to make cornhole game, which hopefully will work
fine, I had to do some sanding to make it nice a smooth, so it looks
alittle rough. I won't have time to paint it so we would be able to
play this weekend.

Well we finally got back the results from the MRI, he has 3
herniated disc's, and he is going to go see a specialist next week
to see where to go from here, I will keep everyone updated.......

Well I am sitting in the health plex waiting for Rusty to get his
MRI on his back, hopefully he is not in alot of pain. Kinda cool
that I got to bring my laptop and surf or do whatever I need to
do. I will though run out of battery soon, why is it that the
battery in laptop's not so good at least in this one, and of course
I see a place where I could have plugged it in and didn't bring my
cord................duh at least I know now.

Well I can say now with the blog I now have a new place I go to
it is called facebook it is really cool and the best part is it is easy
to operate and learn. Well need to go before battery shuts me
down.............till next time

At least that is what the doctor said, there is one going
around. It first started with Jenna nothing big no fever
or throwing up just a stomach ache and coughing like you
wouldn't believe.............sounds like they are coughing up
a lung. It has been a week a 2 drugs later we still have a
cough but it is getting better, of course then Joey coughs
so much it makes him sick, so I have been to the doctor
twice in 1 week. To top it off I wasn't feeling well this
morning but feel much better now. I need to sit still and
not do anything but it is hard to do when it is so nice out.

I did however cleaned alittle and did some laundry so I
don't get to far behind and finally did sit and did nothing,
well I scrapped................it has been so long, and I have alot
of pictures still to do. I did 3 quick pages and 1 scrap lift. I
updated to the right.

Joey started his ball season last night we are 1-1. The first
game we lost by 1 coming back from behind to tie, and then
they scored to win. The second game we won 10 to nothing,
we play again Thursday. I hope everyone had a great mother's

get away from me these days. I wanted to let you all
know I won't be posting as much as I would like. When
I get a free moment and I mean free I will try to update.

Where does time go? I used to be able or want to just
go go go, but now I would rather stay at home cuddle
with my hubby and watch a good movie with my
family. Don't get me wrong I still enjoy getting together
with friends and hanging out............I guess I just don't
feel like I have to do it all the time like I used too..........
Speaking of hanging with friends, we got together at
Dave and Amy's with the usual gang. Cooked out and
played washer's and corn-hole (hill billy horseshoes), had
a blast even though the Pettit's were the champs.........till
next time!
I was actually looking forward to some friend time, especially
being as busy as I was the pervious week and it is only going
to get more heckit. The next big relaxing weekend will be
Memorial Weekend...............going camping can't wait, also
means school is out.
Well mother's day is almost here, and looking forward to
our church's mother's day brunch this Saturday coming up.
Our pastor's wifes mother will be speaking, can't wait to hear
what she has to say. Be praying for Krystal and I as we finalize
the finishing details for the brunch. Sounds like the weather
is going to be nice for this week so everyone enjoy.

Whew.............It's Friday

Where oh where did this week go? They just seem
to fly by as I get older the days get shorter........Looking
forward to the weekend, but of course it will be a busy
one! Why does it seem that on Friday I go from one
side of town to the other..........Oh I know........BECAUSE
I DO.........LOL

You know aren't weekends, at least one day of it, I thought
I would be able to sleep in.........nope we have a ball game.
Bright and early and it is 20 mins away, and we have to be
there at 8 (yuck). We are suppose to have rain showers.
Hopefully that will change. The best thing is tomorrow after
all the games, we get to relax and have a cookout......so looking
forward to RELAXING and catching up with friends. Well I
hope everyone has a great weekend, till next time......

If it was ever lost in the bushes I can say now we
can find it.....................yes I found 2 footballs and a
baseball and of course weird things I couldn't even
tell you what they were...........LOL. If you can't
guess I cleaned and trimmed up some bushes in our
backyard, I started about 9:30 and finished up at 3,
whew.............. and that was just the start. You can see
what all I did with the pictures I took. The before in
the middle and after.

I can say it looks alot better, hopefully my body will be up for
doing more soon. My mom gave me this plant and I can't
remember the name so here a picture, I think it is the same
thing you have Amy...............

And believe it or not I scrapped a page today real quick you
can view to the right................till next time

Is it Tuesday yet?

You ever feel like there are not enough hours in the day,
well today was that day.................I mean feeling like I could
not get ahead and was rushed all day. Not sure why.........
You have stuff you plan to do and by a certain time, well
that is what I had planned, and didn't do it in the time I
wanted....................LOL, but I did everything and now I feel
like I have been hit by a freight train!!!

Well yesterday was my last day at work and all went well,
I had said most of my goodbyes the day before so it was
pretty easy leaving. I will miss alot of the residents, but I
will be back doing some volunteering on my own time.......no
weekends or holidays. Well hopefully this weather will stay
nice and warm so I can get all the yard stuff I want to do, and
I am just getting started, so poison ivy here I come!! But if we
get another rainy day there is plenty of stuff for me inside as
well. So till next time........

Where did Friday go? It ia amazing how the days just
seem to go together anymore. My Friday was good but
heckit, I got the kids off to school then met up with
Krystal our pastor's wife and (friend)to discuss and plan
our mother's day brunch we are doing at our church again
this year. Then after had a small but wonderful ladies
bible study, and then went to The Olive Garden for lunch.
(YUM YUM) had the all you can eat soup, salad, and
breadsticks and of course my favorite thing to drink there
rasberry tea............

It was off to my work where I had to fill out papers since
it is my last weekend to work and say some goodbye's was
alittle sad, I will miss them.............and of course didn't get out
of there when I needed to, and was late picking up my son
from school which he didn't seem to mind. Then off to Wally
World to get a few things................whew............still going.
Came home made a snack for the kids got ready to head down
to Duncan Falls (did I mention I was all over town) and with
the price of gas.................ouch. Had a baseball scrimage in the
wet cold rain, but the great thing about going down there was
I stopped at another friends house who had a free bike to
give away, and got to pick it up.

Finally back at home where I still wasn't done with my day.
I still needed to feed my family............simple ............it has to be
simple. Now one of our favorite meals to eat, ramon noodles,
and cresent rolls with cheese, butter and garlic, dinner was
served and off to bed I went, because of having to get up at 5:30
to be at work......................so off I go to work........till next time

Rain, rain go away come again another day........the only
thing good on a rainy day is scrappin, which I did 3
pages, and hopefully if all goes well some friends are
coming over tomorrow to scrap some more. Need to
get caught up because when it is nice out I won't be on
this computer. It is crazy I have alot of new quick pages
and even idea's to scrap lift(in my inspiration folder) yes
you read right need to get idea's when the brain doesn't
want to work or think..............LOL............... but I decided
to create my own............so enjoy.........till next time

Walking

When you haven't done it in awhile you legs become
jello fast..............but they will get used to it soon. A
friend and I walked alittle over 2 miles tonight, which
she could have done more , but I didn't want to over
do it being the first time in ohhhhhhhhh about a year.
It did however feel good, made me engerized to do
some more stuff at home when I was done. Now it is
time to wind down and relax I did however did 2
quick pages. For those who don't know what a quick
page is it is already done for you all you have to do is
add a picture and wording or anything extra to it you

It's Monday

My goodness where did the weekend go.........it just
flew by. This will be short seems like time just gets
away from me anymore. I said I would post pics of the
helmet I did so here they are.

I also updated my layouts today..................I did 3 new ones
(wow) I am on a roll. Well getting ready for the 2 ball practices
we have tonight...........then of course after is always crazy
with getting everyone ready for bed, and the next day
so till next time.............

What a gorgerous day, and going to be even warmer tomorrow,
which will be nice for opening day for softball, which in the past
years has been cold and rainy. Got alot done today.............my
husband left to go to West Virginia to do some 4-wheelin. He was
suppose to leave at 10 but Eric who was driving had a flat tire, so I
meantioned he should take a look at the lawnmower and try to fix
it before he left, but he said he didn't have time to mess with it....
................but to my surprise he decided to take a look and got it
fixed and now we have a freshly mowed yard..............needed it
bad it was high.

I also took an old basesball helment that used to be Joey's and now
Jenna uses, and instead of buying her a new one spray painted it a
brick red, and hand painted on it............MUSKIE CHIC, with a
soft-ball on the top.......................I will take some picture's
tomorrow and post them. I still need to put it all back together and
let everything dry.

Oh yeah I meantion all is quiet....................which is so nice, I have
the house all to myself as of 8:45, Joey is also in WV and Jenna is
spending the night at a friends house. But of course I am getting
old and tired much quicker, so I will be ready for bed shortly,
so everyone have a great weekend and enjoy...till next time

What a gorgous day outside, it is warming up and by
goodness I hope it stays that way..............LOL. It is still
not as warm as I would like, baseball practices in the
evening are still cold. Last night the wind would go right
through you and the field is by the inter-state........ that
you get the wind from the cars. I had on 2 coats, blanket
and a hat and the boy's get in the van ( I had some extra's
to take home) saying they are hot !!!!! It is crazy......LOL

Yesterday I made the decision to put my 2 weeks notice in
at work, it was a hard one because I like working there alot.
But the every other weekend was becoming alittle to much,
and when your son points out that you work every holiday,
well that pretty much made me decide Family Comes First.
So I have 4 more days of work, and then I am free, but I have
a feeling I will be doing something else that doesn't involve
weekends or holidays. Well I need to get off here and finish
getting ready for work.................LOL..............I won't be saying
that alot anymore. Everyone have a good day and enjoy the
weather, I hear it is going to be a great weekend with lots of

Well yet another day has flew by, but I feel I got more
done today finished cleaning the house, and almost the
laundry (well when is the laundry ever got up)....LOL, I did
however get to do a page today, and it of my mother when
she was little. i It did seem to take awhile in between the
cleaning, tanning and picking up my son from school, oh and
getting stuff prepared for my hubby's birthday................he is
the big 39 shhhhhhhhh he has been getting teased all day, but
wait till next year!! You can few my latest layout over to the

It's warmin up........

Well where did Monday go why do they always seem so
crazy.......but it is starting to get alittle warmer.Lets see
when did I last post oh yeah Friday, well Saturday was a
bit crazy. I had to work up at the school from 10-2 serving
food for a benefit, but to start Joey had to be at practice at
9:30 and it was cold and rainy. My day was going good till
I get a call from Jenna's coach which in the past if it was
below 50 or raining out would not have practice......
well guess what he decided to do, and of course it was
under 50 and rainy.........PRACTICE!!!! Thank goodness
I live close, had to leave work get some clothes and send
her on her way. After work I got Jenna from practice and
went home to get ready to go to Bill and Lou's to play
cards, but first had to bake a pie stop at Wendy's to
get some napkins, forks and cups they donated for our
churches square dance........which I heard had a great
turn out......hopefully can make the next one.

I did however got to try a new hot chicken-cheese spread
at Bill and Lou's that Stephanie made it was very good
and it just so happens I got the recipe......
1 small can of chicken (like the one tuna comes in)
1 8oz cream cheese
1 8oz sour cream
3 Tsp. of parmesan cheese
and garlic salt
mix all together back at 350 for 1/2 hour
serve on crackers
Quick and easy for that last minute party or get together.

Sunday was an emotional roller coaster for me, but all
turned out well, Paster Terry's sermon hit me and made me
open my eyes, but God is good and he has helped me through.
I want to add my thanks to all who said alittle prayer for
me also.........greatly appreciated!!! Well hopefully I
will keep up on posting, but things do become crazy and
heckit around here so till next time........

Who says Friday the 13th is bad luck, not really just
another day....got up and got the kids off to school,
then went to work, and came home. We did go out to eat
tonight at The Olive Garden I am usually a stickler to
getting then same thing every time we go there, but
tonight I tried their new meal (Chicken Crutina) yum
yum!! I highly recommend it.

Now home and veggin in front of the tv with my hubby
watching an oldie but goody National Treasure with one
of my favorite actors Nicholas Cage, tomorrow will be
crazy, but looking forward to tomorrow night playing
cards and eating good food with friends, might not get
to post tomorrow......till next time......stay warm!!!

Today was a great day Amy came over and helped me with my
computer's, (and thanks again) it started out great I was
learning alot...... then we tried to network all my computers
together, which I have tried before and didn't have any luck.
I even had to call Linkys to get everything back in working
order. So we tried to network we figured out some problems
which meant I needed to update one of my computers which to
update sometimes takes alot of time, which we ran out of.
Thats where this wonderful free download comes in.

Log me in is where someone else can work on a computer (like
mine from the comfort of her own home), you heard right Amy
worked and finished my computers at her house. I can't wait to
use this program for myself. Here is where you can read and

What a day

Good evening wow where did this day go,
I had the day off and was going to clean around
the house and do some laundry, well that didn't
happen. I was on the computer doing all sorts of
stuff. Amy helped me and we put (Log Me In) on
my computer............way to cool can't wait for
her to show me somethings on it and actually
use it, and I will explain more about it next
time.

I did add my gallery to the blog and made my
slide show become just my newest layouts, which
I just happen to scrap lift one.......hope you like
it, he is getting so big ( Joey ) and he will pass me
soon, well have a good rest of the night........till my

It is so nice to wake up to the sun shining through
the windows, makes it look like spring again. Hopefully
the snow showers and cold are gone for good.
Baseball was so cold last night that all the mom's
sat in their cars, and we get to look forward to it again
tonight at least it will be alittle warmer.

I hope everyone got the email I sent yesterday
telling family and friends about my blog. They all came
back saying mail delivery you know the message
you get when someone doesn't get their mail, well
mine said all of you didn't, but later that night Valerie
told me she had finally received it. So I hope every-
one enjoys it............please leave comments I love
to read them. Later today if I have time might mess
with it some more, but I have to work then come
home get homework done feed everyone and leave for
practice again tonight, so everyone have a great day and

Didn't know how long this would take
to set up a blog and I still have alot I
want to do, but it is fun but very time
consuming. I am learning alot and I
haven't had to bug (you know who alot)
but thanks for the help that you have

Well I think I am going to get off here
for awhile and hop in the tub and get
ready for baseball practice tonight, yes
I said baseball it is that time of year
but it is very cold out, hopefully won't
have to be out in it long, and I hope it
warms up soon.

First Post HAPPY EASTER

Well I am going to try to learn how to set up my first blog should be interesting.
I do not do well with reading then trying to do it, I am better at being shown so
this is going to be a learning process for me, at least it is set up and I will have to
mess with it later, because I need to get ready for work, yes work on Easter.
